What a nice familly villa !!!! When I tried to make \"plus/minus\" description check - I couldn\'t find any minus. Everything is just excelent - from the floor plan to the highest quality building standards. The plot is ca 1000m2, with nice olive-, lemon-, orange- trees. Excelent seaview, modern swimming pool, enough parking places, peacefull area... Adriatica Grande is waiting for you !

About Kaštelir
Kastelir is to the north-east of the picturesque coastal town of Porec and provides a holiday which combines the pleasures of seashore and water sports with a taste of rural Croatian life. Kastelir is a working village with very friendly, helpful inhabitants, although there is a limited number of people who speak good English. An Italian phrase book and a few words of German help communications. There are two or three shops in the village from which the bare necessities such as bread, milk, tea, coffee, breakfast cereals, meat and fish can be bought. Within walking distance from Ruzmarin are three bars one of which sells Karlovacko lager which is very acceptable and two restaurants both of which provide good fare; a mixture of Italian and Croatian cooking. The fish, though not inexpensive, is very good eating. The surrounding villages all seem to have a restaurant or two and the San Dominica was recommended by a local as the best in the area. In most restaurants a free glass of grappa is often offered at the end of a meal. Produced from fermenting the grape skins after the juice has been extracted, grappa is often flavoured with various herbs etc and can be very interesting but, be warned, grappa is strong and the drink-driving laws are strict. A local vineyard sells its wine to the public in 2, 5 and 10 litre quantities and is said to be of the best quality available in the Porec hinterland. Euros are as acceptable as the local currency, Kunas, but it?s wise to check whether Mastercard or Visa is acceptable in the restaurant. Road signs indicate that paragliding and cave walking is also available in the neighbourhood. A few kilometres inland are good roads that will whistle you off to various places of interest in the Croatian countryside.
