Before your arrival, we will agree on the meeting place and details of the visit. We can arrange this via email, phone or social media.
Let us know the exact date of the planned visit - at least 3 days in advance.
For visits to real estate of your choice, you pay us 30 €. This applies to areas no more than 30 km from our office. When we have to make visits to properties that are more than 30 km away from our office, we charge a fee of € 100 per day. If the related property is located on an island, the cost of a ferry or rented yacht - fees are added. Upon successful completion of the purchase of the property, these fees are fully deducted from the final commission.
The buying and selling process goes something like this:
When you find the property you want to buy, you will be asked to pay a deposit of about 10% after signing the pre-contract. The property will then be taken off the market immediately. If the seller withdraws from the sale, he is legally obliged to pay you double the amount as compensation (down payment). If you cancel the purchase, you lose that deposit.
If you are buying a property under construction, you are paying in stages.
The contract is signed by a notary public. If you are unable to appear in person at the signing, you need to give us a power of attorney to act on your behalf. All our properties are legally verified.
Upon completion of the sale - the commission for real estate worth up to € 200,000 is in principle 3% net. For properties worth over € 200,000, the commission is in principle 2% net.
