    Description

One of the most important fortresses in Croatian history is located right above the city of Split, known as Klis Fortress. The fortress itself is fascinating, offering spectacular views of Split and the Dalmatian islands. Parts of the famous series "Game of Thrones" were even filmed right here at Klis.

A charming small town has developed below the fortress, where several luxury villas have been built in recent years. The area's prime appeal lies in its breathtaking sea views and its proximity to Split, which is just about a 15-minute drive away.

We are selling a building plot in Klis at a competitive price.

    • Plot dimensions: approx. 92 m long × 25 m wide

An official public road (approx. 100 m in length) leading to the plot is marked in the official registry. However, this section of the road is currently unbuilt, meaning you as the investor would need to construct it.

Development Potential: You can build a single private villa for yourself or develop an investment project with up to 4 villas.

    • Key Highlights:

      • Future villas will enjoy flawless sea views from the first and second floors.

      • Complete peace and beautiful natural surroundings.

      • Views of the sea, Klis Fortress, and untouched nature.

    An excellent investment opportunity!

    About Solin

Writing a brief summary of the history of Solin, formerly the capital of a Roman province, and describing its important monuments, is a task both appealing and hard. It is well known, namely, that Salona disappeared at the end of the classical? poque, never to be renewed again. In the Middle Ages, the Salonitan town area, the entire former Salonitan ager (agricultural lands), established at the end of the Roman Republic, was between three important centres that were often in collision: between the towns of Trogir and Split, and the Klis fortress, for a long time in the possession of the Croatian dignitary families, and then by the Turks. This inevitably determined the destiny of the former town of Salona, the present Solin, and its environments.
