Description
People say that Brač is one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic Sea. The island - and yet perfectly connected every day by ferries to the cities of Split and Makarska. Also - on the island you have all the facilities - shopping centers (mainly the biggest place Supetar), restaurants, cafes, sports fields, etc... And the nature is spectacular - many small bays with some sand, pebbles, natural stone terraces, pine forests...
And here - in one of those small hidden coves - we offer you an incredible offer for your future rustic villa. So - land approx. 180m from the sea, size 2500m2. There are 2 dilapidated buildings on the land, as seen in the pictures. There is also an old water tank on the land, with an area of 100m2 - which you could turn into - for example - a swimming pool...
You can anchor your vessel in the nearby bays. The sea is perfect for swimming, the beaches are wonderful for sunbathing...
In total, you would get something like 200m2 of living space.
In our photos, you can see the orientation view of the future buildings. Of course - when you start the renovation - in cooperation with a local institution that takes care of the beauty of old buildings - you will agree on the exact details. Don't expect any changes in the size of buildings - but still, in good cooperation you will get great buildings.
There are very few such examples. The price is totally reduced. Be wise, buy this as soon as possible... Contact us now...

About Brač island
Brač - pronounced Brach. On this island - a man and a stone have always lived and fought each other. Today fewer vineyards burst into leaf on its terraced slopes and, in the spring, fewer lively goats and unruly colts riotously race each other in its grassy vales. Brac is at its most hospitable in summer when it opens up its heart and presents: its small towns, and villages and its coves. In summer, the population doubles on its shores, which stretch for more than a hundred miles. Sage, heather, lavender and rosemary bushes bloom on its slopes and fill one's nostrils with their scents. A multitude of colors meet the gaze: ripe dog berries, bearberries, barberries, mallow, the swollen fruits of blackthorn and blackberry bushes. The deafening song of crickets chirping tirelessly on the knotty jasmines and spruces, has given the island its name, "island of crickets".
