Our package includes:
Initial consultation - this allows us to thoroughly understand not only your real estate requirements. We also want to understand your lifestyle, business needs, family needs, purchasing power...
Understanding geography - if you are new to this region, we will provide you with detailed information on each of the areas we believe will meet your requirements.
Initial search - once we understand your requirements, we will review all relevant properties currently available. Once we have compiled the initial list, we will visit each property on your behalf and further learn all the possible details.
Feedback - we will meet with you in person or communicate via email to discuss a detailed shortlist. We will provide you with additional photos and videos.
Your visits - after we make a shortlist with you, we will arrange visits to these properties.
Negotiations - we will conduct all negotiations on your behalf to ensure that we achieve the best possible purchase price for you.
And of course - we will carry out the whole sales process for you.
Fee for the service of finding real estate
Before the search - 500 € - non-refundable for a maximum of 3 months of search. Upon successful completion of the purchase of the property, this fee is fully deducted from the final commission.
