You can keep the key with us, we can visit the property regularly, we can pay the bills, maintain the interior and garden, etc...
We also have associates who can do the same for you, under market conditions. Whether you bought through us or not. If you need everything to be done (without your presence) - preparation, maintenance, cleaning, marketing, tourist rental, finance, etc. - then you can count on the total income to be shared 50:50.
