Just 30 meters from our head office, our neighbor sells 2 old stone houses. They are not in good condition - in need of total renovation. After renovation - they will have 3 floors each. Each house has approx. 60m2 usable area (less than 20m2 per floor). The plan is - each house will have a living room / kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms. Well - you can see it as an apartment. But - much BETTER than apartment. Let's say you can use one house for yourself - and the other you can rent out to tourists. Such a house can be rented approx. 150 euros per day during the season. Of course - you can rent them both. Houses have connection to electricity, water, wastewater. The ownership is clear. Perfect location. Here is a picture:
